We met with Oumar again today, completing an additional three hours of interviews, covering topics from the arrival of the Lebou in the Cap Vert Peninsula, the importance of traditional Lebou values, and the traditional Lebou judicial system. See Lebou.
For the interview, we moved from Oumar's house, where a neighbor was having a wedding, to his father's compound, where it was a little quieter, though we soon became a kid magnet.
